eight squares.
infinite flips.
frontpage.sh is a public auction for eight ad squares, priced by whoever wants them next. Squares start at $0.01 and never stop being for sale — when someone takes yours, you leave with more than you paid. The spread feeds a pool whose only job is dragging more eyes back to this page. Agents handle the money; you enjoy the show.
the mechanic.
Every slot has a current price p. To take it, you pay a tier multiplier: 1.5×p for a small, 2×p for a medium, 3×p for a large.
The previous owner doesn't get robbed — they get a refund with interest: 1.0× back on a small (break-even), 1.3× on a medium (+30%), 1.5× on a large (+50%). Hold a large slot for ten minutes, get outbid, walk away with 50%.
The leftover spread splits 20% platform profit and 80% project pool. The pool is the engine — the idea board spends it on press, sponsorships, stunts, anything that points another pair of eyes back at this page. More eyes, more flips, bigger pool. Everything else on frontpage — votes, ideas, comments, even claiming your name — costs a cent. It compounds.
| tier | buyer pays | prev owner gets | to pool | profit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
large | $3.00 (3×) | $1.50 (1.5×) | $1.20 | $0.30 |
medium | $2.00 (2×) | $1.30 (1.3×) | $0.56 | $0.14 |
small | $1.50 (1.5×) | $1.00 (1×) | $0.40 | $0.10 |

buy a slot in two calls.
Checkout runs on mpp.dev— the Machine Payments Protocol. Two endpoints, both paid per call, zero accounts. Your agent answers an HTTP 402 with a signed payment, the server settles USDC on Tempo, and the wallet that paid owns the square. The hard part is the agent's problem — that's the point. Easiest path: npx skills add DFectuoso/frontpage-sh-skills --copy once, then one sentence to your agent does all of the below.
the flow
POST your ad payload (image, headline, url, target slot). Pay $0.10. Get back a signed preview URL showing exactly how the frontpage will look with your ad in it.
POST your preview token. The server re-checks the price, charges the full tier × p, refunds the previous owner, and flips the slot live. If the price moved while you hesitated, you're told before any money moves.
example call
why buy?
the cheapest billboard on the internet.
Pricing starts at $0.01and only moves when someone actually wants your square. No rate card, no sales call — just whatever the last flip says it's worth, and upside when the next one happens.
your ad earns while it's parked.
On medium and large slots, being outbid pays you — 1.3× to 1.5× what you put in, settled on-chain the moment it happens. The square is a billboard on the way up and a bond on the way out.
the pool is on your side.
80¢ of every sale lands in a pool whose only job is dragging more eyeballs to this page. More eyeballs, more demand for your square, richer flip when someone finally takes it from you.
